PAYMENT AND DELIVERY METHODS

COD – Cash on Delivery:

  1. Via FB Page customer service: Products are dispatched on a business day within 24-48 hours after the product order is confirmed by the customer and acknowledged by Shacama Nutriments WITH AN ORDER NUMBER.

          Via the website: an order number is immediately generated.

  1. Cancellation of orders can only be accepted within 24 hours after the ORDER NUMBER has been sent to the customer.
  2. Once the product is on transit status, no cancellation shall be accepted.
  3. The courier will attempt 1-3 times to deliver the product, after which it is returned to Shacama Nutriments.
  4. To receive ordered products timely:
    • Please include popular visible landmarks near the shipping address.
    • Or you can opt to pick-up your order at your preferred LBC branch (COBP - Cash on LBC Branch Pickup).  For this option please select COD at the Payment Method page and ensure that you entered the address of your preferred LBC branch in the Customer Information page. LBC will advise customer 1-3 times via text message that product is ready to be picked-up.

PayPal/Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover/Debit Cards:

  1. For the security of account information, please go to the Shacama Nutriments website at www.shacama.com to place an order and make a PayPal/credit/debit card payment.
  2. An ORDER NUMBER is immediately generated once the payment is received by our website.
  3. Products are dispatched on a business day within 24-48 hours.
  4. Once the product is on transit status, no cancellation shall be accepted.
  5. The courier will attempt 1-3 times to deliver the product, after which it is returned to Shacama Nutriments.
  6. To receive ordered products timely:
    • Please include popular visible landmarks near the shipping address.
    • Or you can opt to pick-up your order at your preferred LBC branch (PPBP - Pre-paid LBC Branch Pickup). For this option please select PayPal at the Payment Method page and ensure that you entered the address of your preferred LBC branch in the Customer Information page. LBC will advise customer 1-3 times via text message that product is ready to be picked-up.

Bank Deposit/Straight Payment:

  1. Via FB Page customer service: Products are dispatched on a business day within 24-48 hours after the product order is confirmed by the customer and acknowledged by Shacama Nutriments WITH AN ORDER NUMBER; AFTER PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED.

         Via the website: an order number is immediately generated but product will be dispatched AFTER PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED. Please send deposit slip(s) showing transaction number, date of deposit, and amount at sales@shacama.com

  1. Once the product is on transit status, no cancellation shall be accepted.
  2. The courier will attempt 1-3 times to deliver the product, after which it is returned to Shacama Nutriments.
  3. To receive ordered products timely:
    • Please include popular visible landmarks near the shipping address.
    • Or you can opt to pick-up your order at your preferred LBC branch (PPBP - Pre-paid LBC Branch Pickup). For this option please select Bank Deposit at the Payment Method page and ensure that you entered the address of your preferred LBC branch in the Customer Information page. LBC will advise customer 1-3 times via text message that product is ready to be picked-up.

COBP – Cash on LBC Branch Pick-up:

  1. Via FB Page customer service: Please advise us of the address of the preferred LBC branch. And select COD at the Payment Method page. Products are dispatched on a business day within 24-48 hours after the product order is confirmed by the customer and acknowledged by Shacama Nutriments WITH AN ORDER NUMBER.

          Via the website: please choose COBP, and input the address of the preferred LBC branch, and an order number is immediately generated.

  1. Cancellation of orders can only be accepted within 24 hours after the ORDER NUMBER has been sent to the customer.
  2. Once the product is on transit status, no cancellation shall be accepted.
  3. LBC will attempt 1-3 times to inform the customer via text message to pick-up the product, after which it is returned to Shacama Nutriments.

International Orders via PayPal/Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover/Bank Deposit/Straight Payment:

  1. For the security of account information, please go to the Shacama Nutriments website at www.shacama.com to place an order and make a PayPal/credit/debit card/bank deposit/straight payment.
  2. An ORDER NUMBER is immediately generated once the payment is received by our website.
  3. Products are dispatched on a business day within 24-48 hours.

         For Bank Deposit/Straight Payment: Product will be dispatched AFTER PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED. Please send deposit slip(s) showing transaction number, date of deposit, and amount at sales@shacama.com

  1. Once the product is on transit status, no cancellation shall be accepted.

General Shipping Notes:

  1. Delivery is handled by third party couriers.
  2. Shacama Nutriments does not have control of the delivery of orders once item(s) is already in transit.
  3. Delivery timeframes may change without prior notice due to either one or all of the following:
    • Incomplete Address
    • Incorrect or unreachable contact number
    • Delivery Address is not serviceable by the third party couriers
    • Situation beyond our control i.e. calamities, rallies, strikes, war
    • Item(s) is dispatched a day before a long holiday
  4. Customers located in areas not serviceable by Cash on Delivery and Door to Door delivery services must opt to pick up their orders at their preferred LBC branch and enter the address of the preferred LBC branch in the Customer Information page.
  5. Shacama Nutriments does not dispatch orders during special and non-working Philippine Holidays.

ORDER NUMBER AND DELIVERY TRACKING CODE/NUMBER

  1. An ORDER NUMBER will be sent to the email address provided during website checkout or sent to your FB messenger by our customer care representative if order is placed via our FB pages. An ORDER NUMBER indicates the product order.

         Note: If an order number is not received within 24 to 48 hours please contact us here.

  1. DELIVERY TRACKING CODE/NUMBER will be provided via a separate email within 48 hours after website checkout or separate FB messenger message. A DELIVERY TRACKING CODE/NUMBER indicates the transit status of the product order.
  2. Track the product order’s transit status via our third-party courier’s website.

REQUEST FOR REFUND POLICY

Refund requests are ONLY accepted for DAMAGED products upon delivery.

NOTES

  1. Refunds shall not be granted wherein a physician has advised the customer not to take the ordered product(s). Due diligence of seeking advice from a physician is the responsibility of the customer prior to ordering the product(s).
  2. Refunds are also not applicable wherein a customer made a mistake in choosing a package or a discount during the ordering process.

Refund Process:

  1. Refund shall be requested within two (2) days from the receipt of the product(s).
  2. Send an email requesting for refund to sales@shacama.com with the following details:
  • Email Subject: “REQUEST FOR REFUND”
  • Reason for Refund
  • Order Number
  • Delivery Tracking Code/Number
  • Complete Name
  • Complete Delivery Address
  • Mobile Number
  • Photo of the damaged product(s) with the delivery personnel (IMPORTANT: Please check the products in front of the delivery personnel.)
  • Bank account details

           - Account Holder’s Name

           - Bank Name

           - Type of Account (Savings/Checking, Peso or Dollar)

           - Account Number

  1. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm receipt of refund request.
  2. Send back the damaged product(s) to Shacama Nutriments to the address included in the confirmation email. Courier’s delivery personnel are not allowed to accept damaged products.
  3. Shacama Nutriments will only process the refund request after the receipt of the returned product(s).
  4. Refunds will only be processed if:
  • Label of returned product(s) is not scratched (unless it’s the reason of the damage upon delivery).
  • Packaging seal of returned product(s) is not tampered (unless it’s the reason of the damage upon delivery).
  • Product is bought from Shacama Nutriments only.
  • For Supreme Citrimax: All 10 sachets are still inside the box.
  1. Upon consideration of all qualifications for the refund request, an email will be sent that refund has been approved or otherwise.
  2. Refund amount will be deposited to the supplied bank account information within 5 business days.
